Influence of position of glenosphere in vertical plane. (A) A rather high implantation of the baseplate or the use of a non-eccentric glenosphere does not allow proper deltoid re-tensioning. (B) The use of an eccentric glenosphere or a low position of the glenosphere in the vertical plane allows satisfactory deltoid re-tensioning.
